Responsibilities:
- Provide excellent customer service by responding to inquiries and resolving customer issues in a timely and professional manner.
- Maintain customer records and ensure accuracy of information.
- Assist with order processing, including order entry, tracking, and fulfillment.
- Coordinate with various departments to ensure smooth order flow and delivery.
- Manage customer complaints and escalate issues as needed.
- Assist in the development and implementation of customer service policies and procedures.
- Handle administrative tasks such as filing, data entry, and document management.
- Maintain a high level of product knowledge to effectively address customer inquiries.
Qualifications:
- Strong organizational skills with the ability to prioritize tasks and manage time effectively.
- Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal.
- Ability to work well in a team environment and collaborate with cross-functional teams.
- Proficient in using Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook).
- Experience with QuickBooks or other accounting software is a plus.
- Knowledge of basic human resources practices is preferred.
- Ability to handle confidential information with discretion.
- Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
- Previous experience in customer service or related field is preferred.
