Gold Standard Service Company seeks a full-time Preventative Maintenance Technician to serve Norfolk, VA and surrounding areas area. The role of the Preventative Maintenance Technician is to offer periodic equipment and appliance maintenance and service support for various equipment in accordance with customer requirements and company standards. The Preventative Maintenance Technician will be responsible for routinely performing preventative maintenance in accordance with manufacturer standards, inspecting equipment for possible future failures, and ensuring the proper functioning and safety of the equipment. We are looking for candidates who possess the following qualities:

Requirements:

• High school diploma or equivalent
• 3 Years of maintenance experience required
• Strong technical skills in diagnosing and repairing electronic devices
• Knowledge of operating systems, software applications, and hardware components
• Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail
• Effective communication skills to interact with customers and team members
• Other certifications, licenses, and trade skills are a plus
