Summary

We are seeking a Counter Sales Representative to join our dynamic team at Surdyke Harley-Davidson. In this role, you will be the first point of contact for our customers, assisting them with their sales inquiries and ensuring an outstanding shopping experience. Your contributions will be vital in promoting our brand and enhancing customer satisfaction.

Responsibilities

• Assist customers with product inquiries and provide knowledgeable recommendations.
• Process sales transactions accurately using the cash register.
• Maintain an organized and well-stocked sales counter to enhance customer experience.
• Manage inventory levels and assist with inventory control processes.
• Build strong relationships with customers to encourage repeat business.
• Collaborate with team members to achieve sales goals and improve store performance.

Requirements

• Proven experience in sales or customer service roles, preferably in an automotive or retail environment.
• Strong organizational skills with attention to detail.
• Ability to communicate effectively with customers and team members.
• Bilingual skills are a plus but not required.
• Familiarity with cash registers and basic financial transactions is beneficial.

Pay: $17.60 - $18.45 per hour
