Duties
- Perform comprehensive auto body repairs, including frame straightening, dent removal, and panel replacement.
- Conduct thorough inspections of damaged vehicles to determine the extent of repairs needed.
- Utilize welding techniques to repair or replace damaged parts as necessary.
- Apply auto painting skills to restore vehicles to their original finish, ensuring color match and quality standards.
- Collaborate with team members to ensure timely completion of repairs while maintaining high-quality standards.
- Provide exceptional customer service by communicating effectively with clients regarding repair processes and timelines.
- Stay updated on industry trends and advancements in automotive repair technology.
Requirements
- Proven experience in auto body repair, automotive repair, or related fields is preferred.
- Strong mechanical knowledge and understanding of automotive systems and components.
- Experience with auto glass installation and repair is a plus.
- Proficiency in welding techniques and equipment operation.
- Familiarity with auto painting processes and materials is advantageous.
- Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail are essential for success in this role.
- Strong communication skills to effectively interact with customers and team members.
- A valid driver's license is required; additional certifications related to automotive repair are a plus.
