What are the responsibilities and job description for the Painter position at Gold Wynn Management LLC?
Reporting to the Maintenance Supervisor, the Painter will be responsible for the day-to-day maintenance inside and outside the properties located throughout the Buffalo Metropolitan Area.
Painter Duties Include :
- Responsible for painting interiors and exteriors of residential properties
- Communicating with Facilities Manager and Maintenance Supervisor to determine their painting requirements and assisting them in project resolution
- Covering floors, furniture, trim, and any other surfaces with masking tape to avoid damage as well as utilizing drop cloths, floor runners, and other protective covers.
- Applying primer and other sealers, as well as ensuring it will properly adhere to the painted surfaces.
- Mix and match paint, as well as stain, and other finishes to the specified job condition, then apply those finishes to surfaces using tools (paintbrushes, sprayer, roller, etc.) to complete.
