Job Description
The Chief Financial Officer/Chief Operations Officer will be responsible for overseeing all accounting and financial reporting functions, including the design and implementation of policies and internal control procedures. This role will also coordinate the annual financial statement audit and prepare IRS Forms 990 in collaboration with external auditors and the Audit Committee. Additionally, the successful candidate will be responsible for creating and monitoring the school's budget and long-term financial plan, including regular reporting to the Board of Trustees.
