Prior experience in insurance, registration services, and taxes is not required. All training is paid and provided in our office.

**Key Responsibilities:**
1. Client Engagement: Build and maintain relationships with clients to understand their insurance and registration needs.
2. Product Knowledge: Stay updated on various insurance products, vehicle registration options, and business tax regulations.
3. Sales Presentations: Present insurance and registration services to potential clients, highlighting benefits and coverage options.
4. Quote Preparation: Prepare and deliver insurance quotes to clients, ensuring clarity on coverage details and pricing.
5. Policy Processing: Assist clients in completing insurance applications and vehicle registration forms accurately.
6. Customer Service: Provide exceptional customer support, answering inquiries and resolving issues promptly.
7. Tax Preparation: Collect important tax documentation, prepare tac return, and electronically file returns.
Position Highlights:
- Full Time Position
- Monday-Friday 9 am to 6pm;
- Saturdays Off, Sunday off, and Major Holidays off
- Paid Training
- Paid vacation on accrual after 2 year of employment
- Hourly pay based on experience
- Commission for Licensed representatives
- Bonuses Available between $100-$1000
Qualifications:
- Must be able to obtain Property & Casualty Insurance Broker License
- Must be bale to obtain CTEC & PTIN license
- Complete Licensing Hour Requirements
- Preferred: Bilingual in Spanish & English
- Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written
- People Person, positive energetic
- Previous experience in customer service or a related field is preferred
- Enthusiastic about learning and growing within the insurance, tax & trucking industry
- Organized, able to prioritize work, and multi-task
- Ability to work well within a team environment
- Strong problem-solving skills and a proactive approach to challenges
- 18 years and older
