Summary :
We are seeking a highly skilled Senior Software Engineer with 8-10 years of experience in software engineering and development support services. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in software development, planning, and implementation, with a focus on adhering to DoD and HIPAA security requirements. This role involves working on various government research projects, developing software components, and ensuring their integration and compliance with security standards.
Responsibilities
Essential Job Functions :
- Software Development, Planning, and Implementation :
Conduct analysis and market research for government research objectives.
Generate design documentation, including UML diagrams, functional design documents, test plans, and user acceptance standards.
Integrate software applications with various Android, Linux, and Windows OS devices.
Support the execution of government-led Risk Management Framework processes.
Develop and conduct briefings detailing recommendations and technical reports.
Evaluate and integrate third-party advanced software applications.
Conduct Extramural Project Code Reviews and provide detailed reports.
Provide software engineering services for relational and non-relational database management systems.
Develop computer, mobile, and web applications using common computing languages and standards.
