The Salary Range for this position is $110,000 - $158,000 annually.

We are seeking a skilled Software Engineer to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for coordinating systems integration software efforts, conducting system software supportability efforts, and resolving complex software issues pertinent to the MRDS system and MRDS equipment sets.
Responsibilities
Essential Job Functions:
- Coordinating systems integration software efforts.
- Conducting system software supportability efforts and resolves complex software issues pertinent to the MRDS system and MRDS equipment sets.
- Integrating various sensors, including radiological, biological, chemical, and other sensors using a variety of formats.
- Advising Government on use of various standards around integration of MRDS (AN/PDR-81) system components into the various MRDS sets.
- Conducting computer networking and Government Windows image application and testing.
- Performing firmware and software testing, bug reporting, and assists in software development.
Necessary Skills and Knowledge:
- Strong programming skills in languages such as C , Java, Python, or similar.
- Excellent problem-solving and analytical skills.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Information Systems, or a related discipline.
- Minimum five (5) years of direct, hands-on experience with integrating the Mobile Field Kit (MFK) CBRN software with radiological sensors, tactical radios and situational awareness tools.
- Must possess a Secret clearance.
- Master's degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, or a related field.
- Experience with MRDS systems and equipment sets.
- Familiarity with radiological, biological, chemical, and other sensor technologies.
- Knowledge of software supportability and maintenance practices.
- Certification in relevant technical areas.
