Responsibilities
Essential Job Functions:
- Responsible for/provide assistance with hiring/interviewing candidates with appropriate skills, upkeep of skillset for supporting legacy products, modernization efforts, and other tasks to meet Organization Mission, Vision, and Strategic goals.
- Ensure tasks and personnel align with DHA BOESS’s mission, vision, and strategic goals.
- Support modernization efforts while maintaining the integrity of legacy products.
- Facilitate cross-functional collaboration between business operations and executive support services.
- Track project progress, workforce efficiency, and operational performance.
- Recommend process improvements to enhance efficiency and service delivery.
- Provide reports and insights to leadership for informed decision-making.
- Perform additional duties as needed.
Necessary Skills and Knowledge:
- Must have excellent verbal/written communication skills and effective interpersonal skills.
- Must be detail-oriented, organized, and self-motivated with high attention to detail.
- Minimum 5-10 years as an active Task Manager leading/managing a team of similar size and complexity.
- Must have the ability to obtain and maintain Public Trust clearance.
- Bachelor's degree in a related field.
