Summary:
Goldbelt Frontier LLC is seeking a Subject Matter Expert (SME) Journeyman to support the Defense Health Agency (DHA) Business Operations and Executive Support Services (BOESS).
Expected 5-year contract contingent upon award.
Essential Job Functions:
- Provide guidance on strategic IM/IT workforce planning and human capital management.
- Support strategic planning efforts, assisting in the development of policies, roadmaps, and performance metrics.
- Analyze complex work assignments, applying subject matter expertise to solve challenges and enhance operational processes.
- Collaborate with stakeholders across the DoD and DHA to ensure alignment with federal and military healthcare priorities.
- Provide recommendations on workforce optimization, skill development, and future IT capabilities to support DHA's evolving needs.
- Perform additional duties as needed
Necessary Skills and Knowledge:
- Proficiency with business process development and improvement.
- Possesses and applies expertise on multiple complex work assignments.
- Ability to handle efficiently and effectively multiple and shifting priorities.
Minimum Qualifications:
- Minimum 3-5 years’ experience in strategic planning.
- Must have the ability to obtain and maintain Public Trust clearance.
Preferred Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree in a related field.
- Familiarity of the DoD and the Defense Health Agency is highly desired.
