Summary :
The Army Civilian Readiness and Talent Management Project Manager is responsible for overseeing initiatives designed to enhance workforce readiness, talent acquisition, and career development for Army civilian personnel. The Project Manager will work closely with senior leadership, HR, and other stakeholders to ensure the successful execution of readiness and talent management programs.
Responsibilities
Essential Job Functions :
- Oversee program to increase readiness of Civilian workforce and develop, implement, and institutionalize Army Civilian talent management across its four core functions - acquire, develop, employ, and retain.
- Provide oversight and guidance for all personnel assigned to the TO, performance of work, and compliance and quality control.
- Provide analytic, advisory, management, and administrative support to all activities as necessary
- Conduct bi-weekly program reviews with client
- Travel to Washington, DC and Chicago, IL as required
