A Day in the Life

Your mornings might start with reviewing new leads, following up with someone who toured yesterday, or walking an apartment to make sure it’s ready for its next resident. Afternoons could bring back-to-back tours, a conversation with a longtime resident about renewing their lease, or a strategy session with your team to fill an upcoming vacancy.

No two days are the same, and that’s what keeps it exciting. With 19 communities and 738 apartments in Montclair and Bloomfield, there’s always something happening. One moment, you’re making a first impression on a prospective resident. The next, you’re working with maintenance to ensure a smooth move-in. Throughout it all, you’re part of a team that has each other’s backs.

What You’ll Love About This Role

• A schedule that gives you balance: Work Saturday through Wednesday, with Thursdays and Fridays off. Some evenings may be needed during busy leasing seasons.

What You Bring to the Team

• Experience in leasing or sales is a MUST, with a natural ability to connect with people
• Strong customer service skills and the ability to juggle multiple priorities
• A proactive mindset—you’re always looking for ways to improve and grow
• Familiarity with Yardi Voyager is a plus, but we’ll teach you what you need to know

Pay: From $22.00 per hour

Schedule:

• 8 hour shift
• Every weekend
