What You'll Be Doing:

• Keeping the community clean and well-maintained – You’ll notice when something is out of place and take action
• Maintaining curb appeal – Keeping common areas, hallways, and grounds neat and inviting
• Performing routine inspections – Identifying maintenance needs before they become problems
• Assisting with small repairs and upkeep – Learning new maintenance skills as you go
• Following directions and staying productive – When given a task, you ask the right questions, do it thoroughly, and find other ways to help
• Managing supplies and tools – Keeping things organized so the team can work efficiently
• Engaging with residents professionally – Being mindful that this is their home and treating it with care

Physical Requirements:

This role involves being on your feet and handling physical tasks, including:

• Bending, stooping, and climbing stairs/ladders
• Pushing, pulling, and gripping tools
• Lifting up to 75 lbs. frequently (with team assistance for heavier items)
