What You Bring to the Table:
- Proven Property Management Experience: Multi-family leasing and management experience required (Yardi experience a plus).
- Strong Sales & Customer Service Skills: Confident in overcoming objections and building lasting relationships.
- Excellent Organization & Time Management: Ability to multitask and prioritize in a fast-paced environment.
- Ownership Mentality: Treat the property as if it were your own—taking initiative and making impactful decisions.
- Thick Skin & Resilience: Able to handle challenges and resident concerns with professionalism and confidence.
- Knowledge of Fair Housing Laws: Familiarity with Section 8 housing and New Jersey Fair Housing regulations.
