What are the responsibilities and job description for the Attorney- Long Term Care Defense Associate position at Goldberg Segalla LLP?
THE POSITION:
Goldberg Segalla LLP, a national law firm with more than 20 offices in 10 states, has an opportunity for an Associate to join our expanding Employment and Labor practice in one of our Metro NY offices.
THE QUALIFICATIONS:
Qualified candidates will have 3-5 years of experience taking and defending depositions, drafting and arguing dispositive motions, and preparing for arbitrations, mediations and trial. The ideal candidate writes effectively, thinks strategically, and has practiced nursing home malpractice defense. Candidates must be licensed to practice law in New York. Additional admittance in New Jersey is preferred.
THE BENEFITS:
The annualized salary range for this position is $85,000-$165,000. Actual pay may be adjusted based on experience and other job related factors permitted by law. This position also offers bonuses and a full benefits package.
