Goldblatt Singer, St. Louis’ leading personal injury law firm, seeks an experienced and exceptional social media coordinator and content creator. As a prominent firm, we recognize the significance of effective digital communication and ongoing engagement with our current and prospective clients. The ideal candidate will have a passion for storytelling, a deep understanding of social media platforms, and the ability to craft engaging content that resonates with our audiences.
Responsibilities
- Develop and execute a social media content calendar and strategies to increase Goldblatt Singer brand awareness and engagement.
- Create original, engaging video and static content for existing and future social media platforms including, but not limited to: LinkedIn, YouTube, Instagram, Facebook, X, and TikTok.
- Write high-quality content including annual and monthly content calendars; social media posts; blog posts; articles; newsletters, and press releases that educate, inform, and engage prospective, current and former clients.
- Create and edit short-form video content for social platforms, especially Reels and TikTok.
- Post approved social media content to social media channels using a post platform and/or post to native channels.
- Leverage Canva templates to create social media posts that adhere to G S brand standards.
- Monitor social media channels for trending personal injury attorney topics, news and conversations.
- Partner with our marketing agencies to develop video content that enhances our online presence and brand identity.
- Consolidate basic success metrics on social media posts, e.g., impressions, engagements, comments, etc. Provide insight on areas for content improvement.
- Collaborate with our marketing agencies to develop and execute social media strategies that align with the firm’s goals and objectives, while identifying future content needs.
- Assist with online reputation management and review monitoring.
- Stay up to date on social media industry trends, as well as trends in social media specific to the personal injury attorney market.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, Journalism, or related field.
- Proven experience as a digital content producer, social media writer, or similar role, preferably in the legal or professional services industry.
- Excellent writing, editing, and proofreading skills, with a keen eye for accuracy.
- Strong understanding of social media platforms, algorithms, and trends.
- Three-plus years in a proven social media/content creation role with performance metrics to support efficacy.
- Proficiency in content management systems (e.g., WordPress), social media management tools (e.g., Hootsuite, Later, Sprout Social, etc.) and analytics platforms (e.g., Google Analytics).
- Creative thinker with the ability to generate innovative ideas that align with G S culture and brand standards.
- Ability to work independently, prioritize tasks and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills, who collaborates effectively with cross-functional teams.
- Passion for storytelling and client advocacy, and a commitment to promoting our firm’s core values and mission.
- A willingness to work in a corporate office environment in Clayton three days per week, and hybrid two days per week with Fridays being an in-office workday for all associates.
Preferred Skills:
- Experience with social media advertising and paid campaigns
- Experience with graphic design and video editing software, specifically video creation, editing
- Familiarity with SEO and content optimization
- Knowledge of legal marketing
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
- Ability to manage multiple projects and meet deadlines

Pay: From $55,000.00 per year
