The Sales and Operations Intern will assist in various functions and processes related to sales operations, collaborating with cross-functional teams to drive sales and profits, manage inventory, and contribute to key business projects. This internship provides hands-on experience in sales strategy, operations management, and data analysis, with opportunities for professional development in the eCommerce field.
Key Responsibilities:
· Collaborate with cross-functional teams on sales strategies and goals.
· Support sales operations processes including inventory management, advertising optimizations and content management.
· Analyze data sets, provide summary reports and offer recommendations to drive KPIs.
· Perform site audits to ensure the catalog is complete and optimized.
· Develop and implement multi-variant tests on Amazon and Shopify.
· Communicate project progress with supervisors and leadership.
· Perform additional duties as assigned.
Qualifications: Required:
· Currently enrolled in undergraduate or graduate studies in Business, Sales, Marketing, Management, Operations, or related fields.
· Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
· Proficiency in Microsoft 365 including Excel, Outlook and Teams.
· Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
· Self-starter with the ability to work independently.
· Open-minded, adaptable, and eager to learn.
Preferred:
· Experience with large data sets and statistical analysis.
· Familiarity with Power BI and SQL.
