Key Responsibilities:
- Source, screen, and interview candidates for various positions in project management, construction, and engineering within the energy sector.
- Build and maintain a pipeline of qualified candidates by utilizing job boards, social media, networking, and industry events.
- Collaborate with hiring managers to understand staffing needs and develop effective recruitment strategies.
- Conduct reference checks and background screenings to ensure candidate suitability.
- Assist in preparing job postings and managing recruitment advertisements across multiple platforms.
- Maintain accurate and up-to-date candidate records in the applicant tracking system (ATS).
- Participate in job fairs and recruitment events to promote the company and attract potential candidates.
- Provide an exceptional candidate experience throughout the recruitment process.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field preferred.
- 0-3 years of experience in recruitment or staffing, preferably in the energy, construction, or engineering sectors.
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to build rapport with candidates and clients.
- Detail-oriented with excellent organizational skills and the ability to manage multiple tasks simultaneously.
- Familiarity with recruiting tools and applicant tracking systems (ATS) is a plus.
