Part Time Maintenance Technician Assistant/Groundskeeper

We are currently seeking a part time Maintenance Technician Assistant/Groundskeeper to join our team for three days a week!

Qualifications:

• At least one year of maintenance experience
• Groundskeeping experience a plus
• Excellent problem-solving and communication skills
• Ability to prioritize tasks and work independently

Responsibilities:

• Providing maintenance support to the maintenance team with general maintenance tasks
• Assisting with the maintenance and upkeep of outdoor equipment and tools
• Maintaining the cleanliness and appearance of the property grounds
• Landscaping walkways, parking lots, and common areas
• performing regular trash removal and ensuring all outdoor spaces are free of debris
• Cleaning units prior to move ins
