As a Nurse Practitioner, you play a crucial role in providing advanced patient care by conducting assessments, diagnosing illnesses, and developing comprehensive treatment plans. Your work is essential in promoting patient health and well-being, as well as ensuring efficient healthcare delivery.

40 hours per week
Shift : 8 hours, days
Key Responsibilities :
Conduct comprehensive physical examinations and review medical histories to assess patient health.
Diagnose and treat a wide range of acute and chronic conditions, including prescribing medications and therapies.
Develop and implement individualized treatment plans and coordinate follow-up care with patients.
Order and interpret diagnostic tests and procedures to guide patient care decisions.
Provide education to patients and families about health conditions, treatment options, and preventive care.
Work closely with other healthcare providers to ensure integrated and effective patient care.
Maintain accurate and detailed patient records, including treatment plans, progress notes, and referrals.
Adhere to regulatory and safety standards and stay current with best practices in family practice medicine.
Qualifications :
Master’s or Doctoral degree in Nursing with current and active NP license&
Certification by the American Nurses Credentialing Center (ANCC) or the American Academy of Nurse Practitioners (AANP) is a plus!
Extensive knowledge of family practice procedures, diagnostics, and patient management.
Strong clinical assessment and diagnostic skills.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
Ability to work independently and as part of a healthcare team.
