We are seeking a highly skilled OR Tech or Surgical Technologist to assist in the operating room by preparing surgical instruments, maintaining a sterile environment, and supporting the surgical team. Key Responsibilities:
- Prepare and sterilize surgical instruments and equipment.
- Assist with setting up the operating room and maintaining a sterile field.
- Support surgeons and surgical teams during procedures.
- Position patients and assist with patient draping.
- Document surgical procedures and equipment used accurately.
- Follow safety protocols and provide excellent support in the operating room.
Qualifications:
- Associate’s degree or certification in Surgical Technology.
- Certification as a Surgical Technologist (e.g., CST).
- Strong knowledge of surgical instruments, procedures, and sterile techniques.
- Excellent organizational and communication skills.
- Ability to work effectively in a high-pressure environment.
- Flexibility with varied schedules.
- Can start ASAP.
