Job Details
- Duration: 13 weeks
- Hourly pay rate of $ 25.5
- 8-hour night shift schedule
- Perform general office duties including filing, data entry, and managing correspondence.
- Maintain and organize records with accuracy and confidentiality.
- Support scheduling, coordinating meetings, and managing office supplies.
- Assist with processing and tracking documents and reports.
- Handle phone calls and inquiries, providing outstanding customer service.
- Support team members with various administrative tasks as needed.
- High school diploma or equivalent; associate’s degree preferred.
- Previous experience in an administrative or clerical role.
- Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
- Proficiency with office software and equipment.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work independently and handle multiple tasks.
- Flexibility with standard office hours; amenable to work on a night shift schedule.
