Duties

- Address tenant concerns and conflicts promptly and professionally, utilizing strong conflict management skills.
- Oversee property maintenance and facilities management to ensure properties are well-maintained and compliant with safety regulations.
- Conduct regular property inspections to assess condition and identify necessary repairs or improvements.
- Coordinate with vendors and contractors for maintenance services, ensuring quality work is completed on time.
- Manage financial aspects of properties, including rent collection, budgeting, and expense tracking.
- Maintain accurate records of tenant information, lease agreements, and property files in accordance with legal administrative requirements.
- Stay informed about local housing regulations, including Section 8 guidelines, to ensure compliance.
Experience
- Proven experience in property management or a related field is preferred.
- Familiarity with real estate administrative tasks and legal requirements associated with property leasing.
- Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple tasks simultaneously.
- Excellent phone etiquette and communication skills for effective interaction with tenants and vendors.
- Knowledge of facilities management practices is a plus.
