We are seeking a skilled Maintenance Technician to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for supervising and performing various maintenance tasks to ensure the smooth operation of our facilities.
Duties
- Conduct routine maintenance tasks such as HVAC, plumbing, and electrical repairs
- Troubleshoot and repair equipment using schematics and logic controllers
- Maintain accurate records in the Computerized Maintenance Management System (CMMS)
- Oversee and coordinate external contractors for specialized repairs
- Provide excellent customer service to internal stakeholders
Qualifications
- Proficiency in electrical systems and troubleshooting
- Experience in facilities maintenance and repair
- Ability to read and interpret technical schematics
- Strong communication skills in English
- Welding experience is a plus
