Overview
We are seeking a skilled Maintenance Technician to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for performing various maintenance tasks to ensure the smooth operation of our community.
Duties
- Conduct routine maintenance tasks such as HVAC, plumbing, and electrical repairs
- Turn Apartments to get ready for next move-in; includes painting
- Provide excellent tenant service
Qualifications
- Proficiency in electrical systems and troubleshooting
- Experience in facilities maintenance and repair
- Proficiency in air conditioning and heating troubleshooting
- Strong communication skills in English
