PAY RANGE : $156,900.00 - $175,000.00 ANNUALLY
GENERAL DESCRIPTION :
The Marketing Analytics Director will provide insights to inform and optimize data-driven marketing strategies. This director will combine leadership, strategic thinking, performance insights and advanced analytics to maximize marketing ROI and guide data-informed decision-making. The leader will manage a team of talented marketing analysts and collaborate closely with cross-functional teams to improve the effectiveness of marketing campaigns and better understand member needs and wants.
TASKS, DUTIES, FUNCTIONS :
- Lead a team of marketing analysts. Foster a collaborative team culture, and make sure everyone has the support they need to thrive.
- Own and present the marketing analytics roadmap to senior leadership, ensuring that efforts align with company goals.
- Interpret complex data sets and leverage the data to shape the marketing strategy and optimize the purchasing journey and campaign performance.
- Deliver campaign findings for targeted marketing programs to assist with optimization and real-time decision making and prioritization of initiatives based on those findings.
- Collaborate closely with other departments to create a full-funnel analytics view and reporting from acquisition through to membership and loyalty.
- Use segmentation and work with teams to leverage predictive modeling to influence personalized marketing strategies that boost engagement, retention, and loyalty.
- Deeply understand measurement techniques such as multivariate testing, brand and advertisement tracking, marketing return on investment (MORI), impact across multiple cross-channel marketing activities, and optimization of marketing investment allocation.
- Maintain a thorough understanding of state and federal laws and regulations related to credit union compliance including bank secrecy and anti-money laundering laws.
- Perform other duties as needed by management.
