Maintenance Technician
Duties:
- Assist in the maintenance and repair of equipment, machinery, and facilities.
- Perform routine inspections to identify maintenance needs and address them promptly.
- Collaborate with the maintenance director to prioritize and schedule work orders.
- Assist in supervising contractors and vendors during maintenance projects.
- Maintain accurate records of maintenance activities, including work performed, materials used, and costs incurred.
- Provide excellent customer service to residents, staff members, and visitors by addressing maintenance issues in a timely and efficient manner.
Qualifications:
- High school diploma or equivalent.
- Previous experience in a maintenance role preferred.
- Excellent customer service skills with a focus on problem-solving.
- Ability to read and interpret technical manuals, blueprints, and schematics.
- Proficient in using hand and power tools for repairs.
- Strong attention to detail and ability to prioritize tasks effectively
