What are the responsibilities and job description for the Part-Time Laundry Aide position at Golden Age Nursing Home?
As a laundry aide, you will be responsible to properly sort, wash, dry, fold and distribute facility and resident linens, garments, and other articles using an electrically powered washing machines. The ideal candidate will also maintain proper linen supply.
Requirements:
- Ability to follow instructions of established routines.
- Basic understanding of infection control protocol
- Customer service-oriented attitude
- Must be able to pass criminal background check
Minimum Requirements:
- High school diploma or GED
- Professional painting experience
- Experience with drywall
