Weekend Supervisor
Duties:
- Oversee and manage the operations of the facility during weekend shifts
- Coordinate and assign tasks to staff members to ensure efficient workflow
- Provide guidance and support to staff members, addressing any questions or concerns
- Monitor and maintain quality control standards to ensure compliance with regulations
- Conduct triage assessments and make decisions regarding patient care priorities
- Assist with family planning and provide support to patients with special needs
- Ensure proper documentation and record keeping of patient information
- Perform suture removals and wound care as needed
- Familiarity with AHT medical records system
Qualifications:
- Associate degree in a healthcare-related field or equivalent experience
- Previous experience in a supervisory role preferred
- Knowledge of medical terminology
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to prioritize tasks and make quick decisions in a fast-paced environment
- Attention to detail and ability to maintain high standards of quality care
