Job Summary
We are seeking a highly skilled Electrical Controls Specialist to join our team at Golden Aluminum. As an Electrical Controls Specialist, you will be responsible for the design, implementation, and maintenance of electrical control systems in our manufacturing facility.
Your primary focus will be on calibrating, maintaining, and repairing all instruments, control systems, and electrical equipment. You will work closely with engineers, electricians, vendors, suppliers, and inspectors to ensure that our control systems are operating efficiently and effectively.
The ideal candidate will have experience in instrument and controls activities in a manufacturing facility, as well as knowledge of controls/SCADA systems, relays, process controls computer hardware, software, and programming. Familiarity with Control Logix, Siemens, Allen Bradley, Automax, Automate, and Modicon is preferred.
In addition to technical skills, we are looking for a strong communicator who can work effectively in a team environment. The successful candidate will have excellent problem-solving skills and the ability to multitask, prioritize tasks, and meet deadlines.
