Job Summary:
The Shipping Technician is responsible for safely loading trucks with customer products. Specific duties include but are not limited to:
• Ensure safety of trailer for loading and transit.
• Double check all paperwork and product on truck match and verify accuracy.
• Assist pack line and crib when requested.
• Keep warehouse clean and free of any safety concerns.
• Full support and cooperation with Golden Aluminum EHS procedures and practices.
• Other reports, projects or tasks as assigned
Requirements
- Strong interpersonal, teamwork, and communication skills.
- Detail Oriented.
- Basic computer skills.
- Ability to operate forklift
- Ability to work days/hours as necessary to support the department.
- Able to pass pre-employment drug test based on federal law (includes marijuana).
