Summary
We are looking for a competent Office Assistant to help with the organization and running of the daily Food and Job Safety operations of the company.
The ideal candidate will be a hard-working, customer service oriented professional able to undertake a variety of office support tasks and work diligently under pressure. This person will be comfortable working with a high degree of attention to detail and discretion as well as incorporating new and effective ways to achieve better results. This person will need to have knowledge of all Microsoft Programs and be able to maintain relationships with Vendors and Employees.
Responsibilities Include:
· Maintaining records and documentation
· Other duties that may not be listed above
Work Experience:
· Excellent report writing skills
· Demonstrated interpersonal and communication skills (written and verbal)
· Experience or Knowledge of food manufacturing processes is a plus but not required
Pre-employment drug screen required
