We are seeking an experienced and dedicated Onsite BCBA Lead to join our team. As a key member of our clinical leadership team, you will be responsible for overseeing the delivery of behavioral services to clients and supervising a team of clinical staff. This is an excellent opportunity to contribute to the growth and success of our center, while also advancing your own career as a BCBA.
Responsibilities:
• Develop and implement individualized treatment plans based on assessments and evidence-based practices.
• Conduct functional behavior assessments and design behavior intervention plans.
• Ensure all clinical services align with best practices and adhere to ethical guidelines.
Requirements:
• Master's degree or higher in Applied Behavior Analysis, Psychology, Education, or a related field.
• Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) certification in good standing.
• NJ LBA License.
• Minimum of 3-5 years of experience in the field of ABA, clinic experience a plus.
