Golden Chick is looking for a high potential assistant general manager who wants to grow into a general manager role, as we expand and build stores in the lubbock area.
Duties
- Oversee daily operations of the restaurant, including managing staff, ensuring customer satisfaction, and maintaining quality standards
- Create work schedules and assign tasks to employees
- Monitor inventory levels and order supplies as needed
- Handle customer complaints and resolve issues in a timely manner
- Collaborate with the kitchen staff to ensure efficient food preparation and timely service
- Coordinate and oversee banquet events and special functions
Qualifications
- Previous experience in restaurant management or a similar role
- Strong leadership skills with the ability to motivate and manage a team
- Excellent customer service skills with a focus on providing exceptional dining experiences
- Ability to multitask and work in a fast-paced environment
