We are seeking a friendly and efficient Host/Cashier to join our team. Duties
- Greet guests warmly upon arrival and assist with seating arrangements.
- Manage reservations and waitlists efficiently using Aloha POS or similar systems.
- Provide excellent guest services by addressing inquiries and resolving any issues promptly.
- Process transactions accurately while maintaining cash handling procedures.
- Maintain cleanliness and organization of the front-of-house area to enhance the guest experience.
- Collaborate with kitchen and service staff to ensure smooth operations and guest satisfaction.
- Uphold high standards of hospitality, ensuring every guest feels valued and appreciated.
Experience
- Previous experience in customer service, hospitality, or food service is preferred.
- Familiarity with phone etiquette and effective communication techniques is essential.
- Experience with Aloha POS or similar point-of-sale systems is a plus.
- Strong interpersonal skills with an emphasis on guest relations and service excellence.
