Job Posting: Independent Housekeeping Contractor - $18/hr - Shenandoah Area, Miami, FL 33145
We are seeking a dependable and detail-oriented Independent Housekeeping Contractor to join our team in the Shenandoah area of Miami, FL. This is a part-time position offering a consistent schedule of 8 hours per week, one day a week.
Responsibilities:
- General Housekeeping: Ensure a clean and organized home by dusting, vacuuming, mopping, sweeping, and disinfecting surfaces.
- Laundry: Wash, dry, fold, and iron clothes and linens to maintain a fresh and tidy environment.
- Kitchen Care: Clean dishes, load/unload the dishwasher, wipe down countertops, and sanitize appliances for a hygienic kitchen.
- Bathroom Cleaning: Clean and disinfect toilets, sinks, showers, and bathtubs, maintaining a sparkling and sanitary bathroom.
Qualifications:
- Proven experience in housekeeping or cleaning services
- Strong work ethic and exceptional attention to detail
- Ability to work independently and efficiently
- Prior experience as a housekeeper or home helper preferred
- Reliable, punctual, and trustworthy with minimal supervision
- Friendly, respectful, and compassionate when interacting with clients
- Reliable transportation to travel to the client’s home in the Shenandoah area
