We are seeking highly skilled and detail-oriented individuals to join our team as a Meat Cutting Specialist.
- Cut meat according to established product specifications and time standards.
- Ensure quality and shelf life compliance by adhering to the buffet production system.
- Rotate cut and boxed meat to maintain freshness and prevent spoilage.
- Stock and arrange the Meat Cooler in accordance with approved food safety guidelines.
- Sanitise all surfaces between chicken and other meat production to eliminate cross-contamination.
- Recognise spoiled meat and clean and sanitise the meat room according to cleanliness, service, and quality standards.
- Fully comply with local health department laws and regulations.
- Maintain an accurate inventory of all meat products using administrative forms.
- Notify the Manager of any discrepancies in product or equipment.
- Perform opening and closing administrative procedures.
- Properly maintain equipment according to the Equipment Maintenance manual.
- Complete duty roster tasks efficiently.
