Are you looking for a great place to work, provide quality care, and grow with a great team? We are looking for you! Golden Days Healthcare is looking for a Family Nurse Practitioner to join our team on a part time basis.
Working autonomously, Golden Days, LLC Nurse Practitioners conduct physical assessments, perform and interpret diagnostic tests, diagnose and treat common conditions, provide screenings, interventions, counseling, and prescribe medications as needed to patients in specified age categories (18 month and up). Help patients manage their well-being and provide patient education. Ensure patient information, visit history, refer outs, lab follow-up, phone calls, and consults are carefully and completely documented in the EMR. Requires daily use of computer, software programs (EMR), printer and scanner.
**Responsibilities:**
- Conduct thorough physical assessments and interpret diagnostic tests.
- Diagnose and treat common medical conditions within the scope of practice.
- Provide screenings, interventions, counseling, and medication prescriptions as necessary.
- Document patient information, visit history, referrals, lab follow-ups, and consultations accurately in the electronic medical record (EMR).
- Collaborate with interdisciplinary teams to ensure holistic patient care.
- Utilize your experience in administering injections effectively.
- Participate in utilization reviews to optimize patient outcomes.
- Demonstrate proficiency in utilizing Cerner or similar electronic health record systems.
- Engage in patient care in various settings including hospitals and assisted living facilities.
**Qualifications:**
- Current national certification as a Family Nurse Practitioner.
- State licensure as an Advanced Practice Nurse.
- Strong communication skills both verbal and written.
- Excellent organizational abilities with the capacity to multitask effectively.
- Ability to work autonomously and make sound clinical decisions.
- Experience working in Level I Trauma Centers is preferred.
- Familiarity with home care practices is a plus.
- Prior experience in a medical office setting is advantageous.

Pay: $55.00 - $60.00 per hour
