What are the responsibilities and job description for the Dishwasher position at Golden Eagle Casino?
Summary :
- Contribute to the dining experience by providing quality cleaning of dishes, utensils, and all other kitchen accessories.
- To maintain dish equipment and dish area in accordance with company policy
- To ensure all plates, silverware, glasses, pots, and pans are thoroughly washed and put in their proper place
- Keep kitchen free of garbage and spills as they occur
- Comply with all state and local sanitation policies
- To help out the cooks as instructed
- To know where all soaps and chemicals are stored
- To be knowledgeable of what all chemicals are specifically used for
- Demonstrate awareness of volume sanitation responsibility
- To know opening and closing responsibilities
- To attend all meetings and / or training sessions. All meetings and training sessions are considered mandatory.
- To perform other duties as assigned.
- Practice good hygiene at all times
- Ability to work at a fast pace in a confined area
- GED or High School Diploma preferred, but not required
