Responsibilities
- Drive assigned routes to sell products efficiently and safely.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with customers through exceptional service.
- Communicate effectively with clients to understand their needs and provide tailored solutions.
- Utilize sales techniques to upsell additional products during the sales call.
- Handle heavy lifting of products as required during loading and unloading.
- Maintain accurate records of sales, inventory, and customer interactions.
- Ensure compliance with all safety regulations while driving and handling products in the accounts.
- Address customer inquiries or concerns promptly and professionally.
Requirements
- Proven experience in customer service and sales is preferred.
- Strong communication skills to effectively interact with customers and team members.
- Valid commercial driving license (CDL) is a plus but not mandatory depending on the route requirements.
- Ability to perform heavy lifting as needed for product handling.
- Experience in route driving is advantageous for efficient delivery management.
- A military background is considered a plus due to the emphasis on discipline and teamwork.
- A proactive attitude towards upselling and achieving sales targets is essential.
