We are a large, successful Construction Dealership that has been serving the Western Pennsylvania area for more than thirty years. We are currently looking for a Full time/Part time entry-level parts counter representative.
Full Job Description:
- assist service techs in selecting parts
- respond to customer parts & information requests
- order and receive parts
- answer phones
- wait on customers
- stock bins
- issue credit for returns
- maintain parts inventory & reference materials
- maintain cleanliness of counter areas
- keep current on new products & product updates
- set up orders for shipment, delivery, or pick-up
- maintain customer back-order file

Competencies:
- Warehouse experience is a plus, but willing to train the right individuals.
- Must have good communication skills.
- Must be able to follow directions and procedures.
- Must be able to lift 40 lb. boxes.
- Must be a customer-oriented, self-motivated team player
- Must be computer literate High School Diploma or GED required
Job Types: Full-time, Part-time
Pay: $12.00 - $22.00 per hour
