Essential Functions And Responsibilities
3 years’ experience in role with similar responsibilities or with relevant transferrable skills in a similar environment is preferred. Detailed record keeping in English is required. Prior experience in a leadership or supervisor capacity is required. Prior experience with cleaning equipment and OSHA regulations. Proven experience providing high level of guest service. Must have computer knowledge.

Essential Functions And Responsibilities
- Assist in the hiring, training, evaluation, development, and disciplining of departmental employees.
- Act as a liaison, as necessary, between line staff and departmental leadership to ensure leadership is aware of any challenges with job performance, staffing levels, and/or job tasks.
- Address any guest concerns by providing guest service recovery.
- Oversee the execution of the division’s operational plans in the assigned areas.
- Monitor and control labor costs by ensuring adequate coverage based on business demands.
- Ensure work performance standards, and employee development programs, maximize the individual growth and development of staff.
- Ensure the upkeep and training on all equipment.
- Coordinate with other departments to manage business levels.
- Ensure compliance with all applicable gaming laws and company internal controls, policies and procedures, Title 31, and federal regulations, if they apply to the position.
- Provide outstanding guest service in a timely manner to both guests and fellow team members that meets the company’s guest service culture standards.
- Perform other duties as assigned.

- High School Diploma or Equivalent required
- Ability to effectively communicate in English, both written and verbal
