Summary

Essential Functions And Responsibilities
- Greet the guest with a smile in an upbeat and positive manner
- Maintain a general knowledge of menu items and beverages offered
- Clear tables as soon as appropriate and sweeps floor underneath and around tables as needed
- Transport dirty tableware to the dishwashing area immediately
- Replace silverware as needed
- Set tables according to the standards of the outlet
- Polish glassware and silverware
- Monitor and maintain cleanliness, sanitation and organization of assigned work areas
- Maintain complete knowledge and complies with all Departmental policies, procedures and service standards
- Assist in running of food when needed
- Provide outstanding guest service in a timely manner to both guests and fellow team members that meets the company’s guest service culture standards
- Perform other duties as assigned
Qualifications
- Six months previous experience performing same or similar job duties
- Experience providing high-touch guest service expected in fun, high-energy environment
- Must be team-oriented
- Ability to manage multiple tasks and remain calm in a very high-paced, busy environment
- Proven experience providing high level of guest service
- At least 18 years of age
- High school diploma or equivalent preferred
- Ability to effectively communicate in English, both written and verbal
- Obtain and maintain all work cards as required by the company
- Verify right to work in the United States
