Summary:
Responsible for serving guests at the Snack Bar in a timely and efficient manner.
Essential Functions And Responsibilities
- Remain knowledgeable of all menu items, ingredients, prices, and follow the sequence of service at all times
- Clear, clean, reset and maintains designated area during shift
- Prepare all menu items to specifications and beverage items to order
- Serve all menu items with proper garnishes
- Accurately perform cash transactions
- Assist all other Snack Bar Attendants to ensure friendly and accurate service to guests
- Remain polite and poised at all times when dealing with guests
- Knowledge of inventory and stocking procedures as well as maintaining full ice bins
- Provide outstanding customer service in a timely manner to both guests and fellow team members
- Perform other duties as assigned
Qualifications
- Previous cash handling experience preferred
- Prior experience in a same or similar role preferred
- Previous experience working in a team or group environment
- Ability to understand questions and instructions from supervisors and co-workers
- Able to interact with guests in a professional and courteous manner
- Ability to functionally communicate occupational-based English, both written and verbal
- Must be at least 18 years of age
- High school diploma or equivalent preferred
- Obtain and maintain all work cards as required by the company
