What are the responsibilities and job description for the APPRENTICE BARTENDER position at Golden Entertainment?
Summary : Maintains stock of necessary beverages and other related bar supplies. Follows all operating procedures, safety regulations and Stratosphere policies and procedures.
Essential Functions :
- Deliver exceptional guest service as defined by Stratosphere
- Maintain cleanliness and hygiene of work area, bar tops, floors and line equipment
- Receive, issue and keep necessary records of liquor and other bar supplies
- Assist bartenders with mixing and serving alcoholic beverages and / or non-alcoholic beverages according to established recipes and procedures
- Refill and stock garnishes and glassware
- Follow cash handling and Info Genesis POS procedures
- Follow cash and comp procedures
- Maintain appropriate sound and music levels as designated by management
- Maintain appropriate television programming as designated by management
- Performs other duties as assigned
