Key Responsibilities :

• Serve as the primary point of contact between clients and internal creative teams, ensuring smooth communication and collaboration.
• Coordinate and track project timelines, ensuring deadlines are met and deliverables are completed on schedule.
• Collaborate with creative, property, and marketing teams to identify project needs and adjust workflows as necessary to accommodate shifting priorities or unforeseen challenges.
• Develop and maintain strong relationships with clients, understanding their needs, goals, and brand vision to ensure that the creative direction aligns with their expectations.
• Manage and prioritize multiple clients and high-priority projects simultaneously, ensuring that each project receives the appropriate attention and resources.
• Effectively balance competing deadlines and client expectations, proactively identifying and addressing potential roadblocks to maintain workflow efficiency and deliver exceptional results across all projects.
• Review and assess creative materials to ensure they align with client requirements and quality standards.
• Manage client inquiries, addressing concerns and providing timely updates on project progress.
• Ensure that all final assets are properly formatted and optimized for delivery across various platforms or formats required by the client.
• Perform quality checks on all final deliverables to ensure they meet client specifications and creative standards.
