Sales experience is a must. Real Estate experience is a plus.
90-Day reimbursed draw to get started. Compensation then becomes FULL COMMISSION. Bonuses and revenue shares are included.
- Attend all scheduled appointments set by our property analyst
- Make outbound calls to hot/warm leads
- Build rapport with prospects and clients to overcome objections and get the deal signed
- Utilize the CRM daily to track all necessary contact interaction details and monitor the sales process
- Respond to all leads in a timely manner to drive the business forward
- Assess comparables, property value, and condition through research
- Follow up and cultivate relationships with homeowners in order to facilitate the sale of their property.
- Negotiate prices and make offers to homeowners.
- Exceptional communication skills, both oral and written, with extremely strong phone skills; ability to set and close appointments over the phone
- Previous Phone sales experience is a plus
- Ability to build rapport with clients
- Self-Starter
