Duties

• Respond promptly to customer inquiries via phone, email, or chat, ensuring high-quality service.
• Analyze customer needs and provide appropriate solutions or escalate issues as necessary.
• Collaborate with team members to enhance the overall customer experience.
• Provide product information and assist customers in making informed decisions regarding their purchases.
• Maintain knowledge of company products, services, and promotions to effectively assist clients.
• Participate in training sessions to improve product knowledge and customer service skills.

Requirements

• Previous experience in customer service or client-facing roles is preferred.
• Proficient typing skills with attention to detail for accurate data entry.
• Ability to analyze situations and provide effective solutions in a timely manner.
• Strong interpersonal skills with the ability to build rapport with customers quickly.
• A proactive attitude towards learning and adapting to new challenges within the role.
• Strong verbal and written communication skills in English; bilingual or multilingual abilities are a plus.
• Flexibility to work various shifts as needed, including evenings or weekends.

Pay: $18.00 - $24.00 per hour
