Operations Assistant Manager - Construction and Property Management

Job Description:
We are seeking a motivated and detail-oriented individual with experience in construction and property management to join our team. This role will work closely with the operations manager and play a key part in supporting our projects and property operations. The position starts at 30 hours per week, with the potential to grow into a full-time role.
Job Duties:
- Assist in managing construction projects, including coordinating with contractors and vendors
- Support property management tasks such as scheduling maintenance, tenant communication, and site inspections
- Maintain project timelines, budgets, and reports
- Provide general administrative support to the Operations Manager
Job Skills & Qualifications:
- Proven experience in construction and property management
- Strong organizational and communication skills
- Ability to multitask and work independently
- High attention to detail and problem-solving abilities
- Bilingual in English and Spanish preferred
- Proficiency in Appfolio Property Manager Software is a plus
